These terms apply to your use of Atlas, provided by Conkoda (To be confirmed), registered at To be confirmed, enterprise number To be confirmed (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register. If you do not agree, please do not use Atlas.

Atlas is made for businesses. These terms are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask us.

Atlas is online software for small service businesses to manage bookings, clients, a team, sales and payments, with an optional AI assistant (Atlas AI). Which features you can use depends on your plan and on the setup of your business. We keep improving Atlas, so features may change over time.

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret and use two-factor login where you can. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• The owner of a business account decides who else gets access and with which role, and is responsible for the actions of those people in Atlas.
• Tell us straight away at To be confirmed if you think your account has been misused.

Free plan. You can use the Free plan without a payment card. It includes the features listed on our pricing page for Free.

Paid plans. The paid plans shown on the pricing page are a launch preview and are not yet available to buy. Prices, billing terms and any early-adopter terms are to be confirmed and will be set out before paid plans are offered. You will only be charged after you choose a paid plan and agree to its price.

Trials. Any trial offered at sign-up (such as a period of full Atlas AI) applies as described when you sign up. What happens to your account and data when a trial ends is to be confirmed.

If you take payments in Atlas, you connect your own account with our payment partner Mollie and agree to Mollie’s terms directly. Payments go to your Mollie account; Conkoda is not a bank or payment institution and does not hold your money. Any fee we charge on payments is to be confirmed and will be shown before it applies.

The data you and your team put into Atlas — including your clients’ data — belongs to your business. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support the service.

For your clients’ personal data, your business is the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you record and for informing your clients. Our processing is governed by a data processing agreement (to be finalised) and our privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Atlas AI can answer questions about your business and carry out actions for you. It can make mistakes: check important answers, and review sensitive actions before you confirm them. Atlas AI acts with the permissions of the person using it. You remain responsible for decisions and changes made in your business account.

Do not use Atlas to:

• break the law, including privacy, consumer-protection and anti-spam rules (for example, sending marketing messages to clients who have not agreed to receive them);
• store or send content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone else’s rights;
• try to access data or accounts you are not allowed to see, or test, probe or disrupt our systems without our written permission;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer Atlas, or use automated means to overload it.

We may suspend access if needed to stop serious misuse or protect other users. Where possible we will tell you first and explain why.

We work to keep Atlas available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Planned maintenance, updates and events outside our control can cause interruptions. We currently offer no guaranteed uptime or response times (to be confirmed).

Draft placeholder — to be completed after legal review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Subject to that, our total liability and the types of loss we are not liable for (such as indirect loss or lost profits) are to be confirmed.

You can stop using Atlas at any time. To close a business account and have its data deleted, contact us at To be confirmed (self-service closing to be confirmed). Before closing, you can export client data from within Atlas; ask us if you need other data exported.

When a business account is deleted, its separate database area is removed. Backup copies are overwritten within the backup retention period described in our privacy policy.

We may end or suspend your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or with reasonable notice (to be confirmed) if we stop offering Atlas. In that case we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data where the law and circumstances allow.

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and notify account owners of important changes in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using Atlas after the changes take effect, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law of Belgium (default to confirm). Disputes go to the courts of To be confirmed, unless mandatory law says otherwise. We would always prefer to solve a problem together first — please contact us.
