Every login counts as a user, whether clients book with that person or not. The Free public booking page keeps “Powered by Atlas” branding and does not include ongoing Atlas AI. Feature availability can depend on setup, permissions and connected providers.

Free covers solo bookings. Atlas adds team management, checkout, stock, SMS reminders and reporting. Atlas AI adds business questions, analysis and supported actions.
Anyone with their own login — whether clients book with them or not. A receptionist, a manager or someone who only checks reports or runs the till is a user too. Free has 1 user. The first user is included in each paid plan; extra users cost €5/month on Atlas or €7.50/month on Atlas AI.
Every new business gets the full package — Atlas AI — for 14 days. No card needed. The trial includes 50 SMS in total. After 14 days you continue on Free unless you upgrade. Nothing is deleted: your clients, appointments and settings stay.
Free includes email confirmations and reminders (fair use, about 500 emails a month) and no SMS. Atlas includes 100 SMS a month plus fair-use email (about 2,000 a month). Atlas AI includes 200 SMS a month plus fair-use email (about 5,000 a month). Allowances are monthly and reset every month. An SMS counts per 160 characters (70 with special characters such as emoji). When the SMS allowance is used up, reminders go by email where the client has an address. Email past fair use keeps going up to twice the allowance, then pauses — Atlas tells you before that happens. Extra SMS bundles are coming.

Yes. Free has no time limit. It includes 1 user, email confirmations and reminders, “Powered by Atlas” on your booking page and no ongoing Atlas AI. Checkout, team logins and Atlas AI need a paid plan. If you move to Free after the trial, nothing is deleted — those features simply pause until you upgrade.

Paid plans are not live yet. The plan is that you can cancel a paid plan at any time and carry on with Free, without losing your data. Free stays free.
